Why: Clara Mae might be the pop queen of broken hearts, as a lot of her songs seem to be about heartbreak. We aren’t knocking her for it. Just the opposite. When Clara Mae sings, she draws you in and you’ll think you are the one with the broken heart even if you aren’t. Although it came out late in the year, it is worthy of greatness.
