One of our favourite songs so far this year has been "Get Me To The Weekend" by Betty Boo. It was her first single since 2007 and we went absolutely bonkers for it in January of this year. Well, Betty is back again with another new single and this one is called "Shining Star."
"Shining Star" is fun disco/pop/rap track. It has soaring strings, a booming bass, and a complementary cowbell. The melody is quite nice. Betty sounds amazing. Another fabulous track to add to our 2022 playlist. You'll be dancing along in no time!
***May 18, 2022 UPDATE*** Betty has just released a music video for the song. And it features the Booettes! WOO! It features lots of neon, sequins, and glitter. Betty looks fabulous, too. Check it out ...
