Why: “High Heels” ended up being a song that gave us goosebumps! At first, it can seem like a generic dance-pop song. However, while the music is a bit minimal to begin with, Melanie C commands the melody and before you know it the music has built up into a euphoric hands-in-the-air belter! And the lyrics are so affirming and full of girl power.
