At the end of November, we featured "(Christmas) Time" by Sophie Ellis-Bextor, which was a slightly altered version of the song "Time" from Sophie's latest album Perimenopop. Well, we couldn't stop listening to the song in December, and now January. It's not very Christmasy. We decided to feature the album version of "Time" here and add it to our 2026 playlists!
As we said in December, "Time" has a warm feel to it and it is about reflecting on a love and giving your all to a relationship. We absolutely love the bassline, and Sophie sounds wonderful on this. We've added the non-Christmas visualizer to our 2026 Poptastic Confessions YouTube Playlist ...
