This single was released to celebrate Kylie's 25th anniversary in the music industry. Well, it was 24 years ago that we were all singing "The Locomotion." Where does the time go? Anyhoo … this was a nice dance pop number from Kylie. She is really in her element here.
You might remember that Kylie was at #18 on our countdown last year with "Put Your Hands Up (If You Feel In Love)" and in 2010 she had Davearama's #1 spot with "Get Outta My Way."
Kylie did have another single out this year. It was a ballad called "Flower." And it is very pretty. As much as we can appreciate ballads, we prefer the dance beats. Thus, "Flower" didn't make my Top 20.
The video to "Timebomb" has Kylie sporting some hot pants and a rather revealing black mini-dress! You'll find it to be a ride wild. Enjoy!~
