Vanessa Williams is out with a new song called "Legs (Keep Dancing)" and it is quite good. You probably know Vanessa best as being an actress, but she had some amazing tunes in the 90s with songs like "Dreamin'", "Running Back To You",  "The Comfort Zone", her mega-hit ballad "Save The Best For Last", "Love Is" (with Brian McKnight), "The Sweetest Days", and the theme for the movie Pocahontas. Her last album was in 2009, so welcome back to music!

Honey Boy by Purple Disco Machine & Benjamin Ingrosso featuring Nile Rodgers & Shenseea

Dear Poptastic Readers,

Swedish artist Benjamin Ingrosso has been performing a song called "Honey Boy" for sometime now (check out this awesome performance from last August), and he is finally releasing this amazing song with German producer Purple Disco Machine, featuring American legend Nile Rodgers, and Jamaican artist Shenseea.

"Honey Boy" is a fun, funky bop with strong elements of disco. Benjamin does a great job on the vocals, Shenseea provides some smooth backing vocals, Nile gives his signature funky guitar sound, and Purple Disco Machine ensures that we all have a good time listening to it. There is a music video, and we thought Benjamin might not be in it when it started, but just wait because he does show up. Swedish/Austrailan twin duo Say Lou Lou are back with a new song called "Dust" and we were surprised as it doesn't sound like their dream pop signature sound, and we quite like it.

We've been listening to this banger for almost 2 weeks and we absolutely love it! We had a total Y2K Eurodance flashback when we first heard "Kiss Me Better" by Julie Bergan. We had to break out some of our Alice Deejay dance moves for this one. We weren't familiar with Julie, so found out she is a Norwegian artist who has been releasing music for over 10 years now.

Like me mentioned above, this glorious hi-nrg trance pop song had us reliving some of those wonderful club moments from the early 2000s where you just felt so happy on the dance floor, even when the lyrics aren't super happy.
