Dear Poptastic Readers
We hope you had a lovely long weekend. We've got a treat for you! The Queen of Broken Hearts, Swedish artist Clara Mae has a new album out called Drunk On Emotions and the latest single is the first track. So consider this a feature of the new single, and an album review to boot! Woo!
The latest single "Alright" is a duet with US country artist named Russell Dickerson. The song has a lovely melody and a great chorus. Is it country? No, not really. But it could easily fit in on contemporary country pop playlists. It was written by Clara, Alexander Krashinsky, Calle Lehmann, and Cassandra Ströberg. It was produced by Blueysport and Mugisho. Check out the music video ...
"Unmiss You" is up next on the album. Clara released this emotional pop song in November of last year. It was such an amazing chorus. We love it. Even though it came out late in the year last year, it still managed to come in at #18 in our Top 100 Songs of 2019. Check out the animated lyric video ...

"Lost" is one of our favorites. The single was released in March of 2019, and it captivated us all year and came in at #4 in our Top 100 Songs of 2019. We still love it to this day. Check out the music video here ...
The last song on the album is "Not OK" and it is the only song so far that has not been released as a single. It is another heartbreaking ballad, but this time with some beats. Have a listen ...
All of these songs are available on digital outlets everywhere. Please help support the artist by purchasing the songs, not just streaming them. Having said that, you can hear all of these songs on our 2020 Poptastic Confessions Playlist on Spotify. Enjoy!~
On the playlist, you'll also hear Clara Mae's duet with Fly By Midnight called "Lost Without You", too!
Also, earlier in the year, Clara Mae had a song with R3HAB & Frank Walker called "More Than OK" and you'll hear that on the playlist.
Please like and share our links so that more people hear and buy the music!
