Give Yourself To Me by Da Buzz

The Swedish Eurodance duo Da Buzz is back with a new song called "Give Yourself To Me." We thought they had been gone for a while, but they had new music out last year and we missed it. D'oh! We have some catching up to do.

"Give Yourself To Me" is glorious slice of Eurodance. There are strong trance elements and when you least expect it, an acoustic guitar. The vocals are strong, confident, and singer Annika sounds amazing. Sadly, there no music video, lyric video, or visualizer. RetroPopBoy is back with a remake of "On The Metro", originally recorded by Girls Aloud in 2012 for their greatest hits compilation Ten. Sadly, it was never released as a single. We are happy that another artist has found this gem.

Introducing Ann Seeza

Dear Poptastic Readers,

We've been aware of Ann Seeza since last year as she has been featured on many songs by Jupiter Pulse: "Don't Want The Lights To Fade", "You'll Never Love Me Again", and "Deception And Your Twisted Lies", and "You'll Love Again." We've been meaning to check out her solo material, and this week we have finally done it! Hooray! She has a lot of releases in 2026, and it only April.

Up first is Ann's latest release: "Silent Crowd of Phantoms." This has an epic pop feel to it. It has an edge to it, and Ann's vocals bring a safety to the song. It was written by Alberto Delgado. Ann's previous release is called "Likes Or Die." This is quite the mysterious mid-tempo track. The chorus is quite catchy. Ann gives an amazing vocal performance. It was written by Alberto Delgado. And the next release ...

"Hold Me Tight" featuring Over Beat was released in mid-February. This picks up the pace ever so slightly. However, the atmosphere is so dark that it feels like it is in ballad territory. And finally ...

But there is more!

It looks like "Dancing On Ashes" was the last single from her album Ghostlight, which was also released in January. We haven't had a lot of time to explore it yet, but we see there is a duet with David Adavi called "Alone In The Desert."

My Medication and Not This One by Barry Harris' Kon Kan

Back in 1988, Canadian duo Kon Kan had a worldwide hit with their debut single "I Beg Your Pardon." They had a few other minor hits, but nothing was as massive as their debut. For some, that put them in one-hit wonder status. However, three Top 20 hits in New Zealand isn't really a one-hit wonder. Anyhoo, it seems like the duo parted ways so now Barry is releasing music under the name Barry Harris' Kon Kan. They have 2 new songs: "My Medication" and "Not This One."

"My Medication" is a nice slice of synth pop. The lyrics are a love song. The melody here is ace, and we quite like it! There is something about the music that makes us happy. And now for their latest song ...

Nobody Can Survive by David Adavi

David Adavi has a new single out called "Nobody Can Survive." This follows his previous single "Mission Is Over." You might also remember that we featured his album Sweet Sins in January. Also in January, we featured "I Let You Go" by Jupiter Pulse, which David sings lead vocals.

Mayday by Dolly Style

Dear Poptastic Readers,

Sweden's sugary sweet girl group Dolly Style are back with their first released in 2026 and the new song is called "Mayday." However, we featured "Clap Song" in January as it was released near the end of December. It feels like this is the second release of the year. If you aren't familiar with the group, check out our history at the end of this post.

"Mayday" is a very fast uptempo pop song. The melody is quite nice, and the Dollys are giving great vocals, as always. The chorus is very catchy, but it is tempo is superfast.
