Why: It’s no secret that we adore The Queen of Cool, Jody Watley. Her music has been part of the soundtrack of our lives and we can’t imagine life without her music. This song is about missing someone who has passed on, and after what we’ve been through the past 2 years with the pandemic, it is a song we can all relate to. The song is about grief, but it is done is such a brilliant, smart way that you don’t feel sad listening to the song. It’s OK to grieve. It’s OK to mourn a loss and keep on living your best life. Thank you, Jody! We love you.
