Introducing Inga's Affairs
Dear Poptastic Readers,
Song #2 ...
Sometimes our readers recommend music for us to check out. We love it when we like the music! Ha! Our reader Linda told us about Igna's Affairs, who is a DJ, songwriter, and producer named Juan Pedro Pérez Gallego from Sweden. However, they live in Spain, so the songs are in Spanish, and the lyrics are quite funny. Inga's Affairs has released 7 songs since November! Whoa! Buckle up, because let's dive in ...
Up first was the debut single "Olé Olé" released on November 1. This sounds like dance artist September doing a Spanish song. We love it! It will have you dancing in no time. Check out the official audio on our 2025 Poptastic Confessions YouTube Playlist ...
Next up at the end of November was "Boys Boys Boys." We thought it might be the remake of the classic Sabrina song, but it is not. The single cover only says Boys twice, but the song title lists boys three times. This is a fun song with a catchy chorus. Check out the official audio on our 2025 Poptastic Confessions YouTube Playlist ...
Song #3 ...
"Dame Maní" was released the same day as "Boys Boys Boys." This translates to "Give Me Peanuts" and well, it is about grinding on the dancefloor with the guy's peanuts. Ha! Check out the official audio on our 2025 Poptastic Confessions YouTube Playlist ...
Song #4 ...
"Nos Separó Eurovision" was the released in early January, and it is a love story about growing up with someone in a small town in Northern Sweden, but they went their separate ways, apparently over the Eurovision Song Contest. Check out the official audio on our 2025 Poptastic Confessions YouTube Playlist ...
Song #5 ...
"Fuego" came at the end of January. The lyrics talk about a neighbors house catching fire and the heat making the singer need to be hosed off. So hot, and very tongue in cheek. Check out the official audio on our 2025 Poptastic Confessions YouTube Playlist ...
Song #6 ...
"Mi Robot" was released at the end of February. In the lyrics, the singer talks about men from Sweden and Spain being very bad and she wants to replace them with a robot man. Our only complaint here is that she name drops Tesla. Otherwise, it is a fun song. Check out the official audio on our 2025 Poptastic Confessions YouTube Playlist ...
Song #7 ...
At the end of March came "Resaca", which translates to "Hangover." Someone has spiked the singer's drink with cocaine and all she wants to do is dance all night. Scandalous and hilarious! Check out the official audio on our 2025 Poptastic Confessions YouTube Playlist ...

Esa Diva by Melody
Dear Poptastic Readers,
Spain's Eurovision Song Contest Entry is by an artist called Melody and the song is called "Esa Diva", which translates to "This Diva." Melody has been releasing music for 24 years. In fact, her debut single "El Baile Del Gorila" in 2001 went to #1 in Spain when she was only 10 years old.
"Esa Diva" is pure fun and Melody gives an amazing vocal performance with an impressive range. She is a powerhouse! The song is really good too with various tempo changes and a really big, catchy chorus. We've added the official video to our 2025 Poptastic Confessions YouTube Playlist ...
"Esa Diva" was written by Alberto Lorite and Melodia Ruiz Gutiérrez. It was produced by Red Triangle and Guillem Via Borràs. It is available on digital outlets everywhere. Buy your copy today! Listen to it on our 2025 Poptastic Confessions Playlist on Spotify ...

Killing It by Henrikes
Dear Poptastic Readers,
"Killing It" is an upbeat happy song about not letting your problems get the best of you. It's definitely a song to cheer you up if you are feeling down. Singer Josefin sounds amazing and it is nice to have new music from them. We've added the official audio to our 2025 Poptastic Confessions YouTube Playlist ...
"Killing It" was written by Josefin Henriques and Robert Primrose, who also produced the track. It is available on digital outlets everywhere. Buy your copy today! Listen to it on our 2025 Poptastic Confessions Playlist on Spotify ...
It has been a couple of years since we heard from Henrikes, but they are back with a new song called "Killing It" and it is from a TV Show called Läckbergs.
