I Feel So Free by Madonna

The Queen of Pop Madonna is back with new music! HOORAY! "I Feel So Free" was released today (Saturday). It was supposed to be released yesterday (Friday), but it didn't happen. It's technically not the lead single as it is considered a teaser track.

It is also the first track on her upcoming album Confessions On A Dancefloor II. Although, the cover art just says Confessions II. The album is a sequel to her fantastic 2005 album Confessions On A Dancefloor, which included the singles "Hung Up", "Sorry", "Get Together", and "Jump."

"I Feel So Free" starts off very mysterious with a talking bit from Madonna. The beat picks up at almost 2 minutes of this 5-minute song. The music sounds like a sequeal to "Future Lovers." The chorus is understated, but effective. This is really enticing. We can't wait to hear more! We've been aware of Ann Seeza since last year as she has been featured on many songs by Jupiter Pulse: "Don't Want The Lights To Fade", "You'll Never Love Me Again", and "Deception And Your Twisted Lies", and "You'll Love Again." We've been meaning to check out her solo material, and this week we have finally done it! Hooray! She has a lot of releases in 2026, and it only April. 

Up first is Ann's latest release: "Silent Crowd of Phantoms." This has an epic pop feel to it. It has an edge to it, and Ann's vocals bring a safety to the song. It was written by Alberto Delgado. It looks like "Dancing On Ashes" was the last single from her album Ghostlight, which was also released in January. We haven't had a lot of time to explore it yet, but we see there is a duet with David Adavi called "Alone In The Desert."

Back in 1988, Canadian duo Kon Kan had a worldwide hit with their debut single "I Beg Your Pardon." They had a few other minor hits, but nothing was as massive as their debut. For some, that put them in one-hit wonder status. However, three Top 20 hits in New Zealand isn't really a one-hit wonder. Anyhoo, it seems like the duo parted ways so now Barry is releasing music under the name Barry Harris' Kon Kan. They have 2 new songs: "My Medication" and "Not This One."

"My Medication" is a nice slice of synth pop. The lyrics are a love song. The melody here is ace, and we quite like it! There is something about the music that makes us happy.
