Dear Poptastic Readers,
This year, we have fallen back in love with dance music, so when we heard the song "Emotions" by Discrete, we were hooked at first listen. We weren't familiar with the artist, but we did some research found out that he is a Swedish artist and producer who has been releasing music since 2018. His real name is August Ramberg.
"Emotions" is a trance-pop anthem that starts off a bit somber until the beat and the bass kick in and pretty soon the synths soar to euphoric heights. Funnily enough when we heard it, we were kind of reminded of Clara Mae. Well, it turns out that she is one of the writers of the song and we wonder if it is her vocals pitched to sound different.
