Last weekend, we heard this fun song and we couldn't get it out of our heads. It is called "No Broke Boys" by Disco Lines & Tinashe. Both are new artists for us. The original version of the song was released at the end of 2024 by Tinashe. Disco Lines remixed it, transformed it, and released it in June.
The Disco Lines remix of "No Broke Boys" is a fun electro banger. The attitude of this song makes it a bit more fun with the hi-nrg beats. Warning: There are a lot of bad words here, but it is still fun nonetheless. UPDATE: We've added the music video to our 2025 Poptastic Confessions YouTube Playlist ...
"No Broke Boys" was written by Eric Frederic, Tinashe Kachingwe, Michael Edward Neil, and Thadeus Labuszewski. It was produced by Ricky Reed, Zack Sekoff, Phoelix, and Disco Lines. I have all of Tinashe's albums on cd. I might just add her latest release POPSTAR to my collection. I will never understand why her song This Feeling was not added to her debut album Aquarius. Putting it on her mixtape If We Die was a crime. The song deserved a better fate. It is my favorite song by Tinashe. I love the song and the music video that accompanied it.
